Senate Bill Aims To Extend GAO Protest Authority

Law360, New York (March 8, 2011, 4:38 PM EST) -- Senate leaders introduced a bill Monday to extend the U.S. Government Accountability Office's soon-to-expire jurisdiction to hear protests of task and delivery order contracts, which have contributed to the rise in protest filings at the GAO since 2008.
