Ford Wants Out Of Antitrust Action Over Car Imports

Law360 (March 8, 2011, 7:23 PM EST) -- Lawyers for Ford Motor Co. argued in a California court Tuesday that the company should be dropped from a consumer antitrust class action alleging that several automakers conspired with other industry players to keep cheap Canadian cars out of the U.S. market.
