Sixth Samsung Exec Admits To Role In DRAM Scam

Law360, New York (April 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An executive from South Korean electronics maker Samsung on Thursday pled guilty to fixing prices for memory chips, the sixth company manager to fess up to participating in the worldwide conspiracy, the investigation into which has so far netted four companies and 18 employees.
