Law360, New York (March 8, 2011, 7:19 PM EST) -- Rap superstar T-Pain and SRC Records Inc. CEO Steve Rifkind scored summary judgment Tuesday in a California copyright infringement suit accusing them of swiping elements from a demo rap song and using them in one of T-Pain's megahits.
