'Swift Justice' Star Faces $15M Contract Suit

Law360, New York (March 8, 2011, 8:14 PM EST) -- A television producer slapped Nancy Grace with a $15 million lawsuit in a New York court on Tuesday, accusing the “Swift Justice” star of breaching an agreement to develop a law-themed syndicated show together by forging ahead on her own.

In a complaint filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, Patricia Caruso claimed that Grace breached a contractual agreement by inking a deal with CBS Corp. to host the syndicated courtroom reality show “Swift Justice With Nancy Grace”...
