Ex-Kinder Morgan Workers Seek Class Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (March 9, 2011, 2:05 PM EST) -- Two former Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP employees asked a California federal judge Tuesday for class certification in a suit alleging the company failed to pay them overtime and vacation wages.

James Lugliani and Chris Willis filed their motion for class certification in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, asking the court to certify seven classes pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23.
