News Corp.'s The Daily Settles IMG Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (March 9, 2011, 2:45 PM EST) -- The publisher of the tablet device-based, News Corp.-backed news service The Daily settled its New York suit against IMG Worldwide Inc. Tuesday aimed at stymieing potential trademark litigation from the ex-publisher of fashion publication Daily Front Row.

Jeremy Feigelson and David H.
