Ex-SAC Fund Manager Denies Insider Trading Charges

Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 1:44 PM EST) -- Former SAC Capital Advisors LP hedge fund manager Donald Longueuil pled not guilty in New York federal court Wednesday to charges that he and others made millions trading on inside information gleaned from expert networking firm Primary Global Research LLC.

Longueuil was arraigned alongside Winifred Jiau, one of the consultants who allegedly passed him information as part of the scheme, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Jiau also pled not guilty.
