Boeing Wins Defense Costs Over DOE Contract Suit

Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 3:30 PM EST) -- The U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals on Tuesday found that Boeing Co. is entitled to recover predecessor Rockwell International Corp.'s defense costs incurred prior to the government's intervention in a suit over a federal nuclear power plant maintenance contract.
