Texas Insurer Ordered To Indemnify Sabic In MTBE MDL

Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 7:34 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday ordered Dallas National Insurance Co. to indemnify Sabic Americas Inc. against a multidistrict litigation in New York accusing it and more than 50 others of contaminating water supply systems with gasoline additive methyl tertiary-butyl ether.
