National Western Can Record Class' Calls In RICO Suit

Law360 (March 11, 2011, 3:35 PM EST) -- A federal magistrate judge in California ruled Thursday that National Western Life Insurance Co. may obtain recordings of phone calls from potential class members to the class administrator in a lawsuit alleging the insurer fraudulently marketed deferred annuities to the elderly.
