Fed. Circ. Voids $60M Award In Nuclear Storage Suit

Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 4:50 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday vacated nearly $60 million in damages awarded to a Southern Co. subsidiary that had accused the U.S. government of breaching a contract by refusing to store toxic waste from nuclear plants in Georgia and Alabama.
