Texas Jury Awards $10M In Developer's Contract Suit

Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 6:05 PM EST) -- A Texas jury awarded a $10 million verdict Tuesday to a resort development company that had sued a Dallas-based real estate firm for breach of contract and interference with the development of two luxury hotel projects in Mexico's Riviera Maya.
