Ogma Sues Apple, Dell, Others Over Smartphone Patent

Law360, New York (March 11, 2011, 8:08 PM EST) -- A Texas patent holder filed a suit in federal court on Friday against a host of technology heavyweights, including Apple Inc., HTC America Inc. and Dell Inc., alleging their smartphones infringe a patent for a programmable motion-sensitive device.

Apple's iPhone, Dell's Streak tablet-smartphone hybrid and HTC's EVO 4G are just some of the products Ogma claims infringe its intellectual property in a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
