Northrop, Pegasus Strike Deal In Software IP Suit

Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 1:23 PM EDT) -- Pegasus Imaging Corp. on Friday resolved a Florida case accusing a Northrop Grumman Corp. subsidiary of copyright infringement and breach of license for using certain software to provide medical information technology to the U.S. government.

Judge James D. Whittemore of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida signed an order dismissing the case without prejudice because the parties had advised the court that the suit had been settled.
