9th Circ. Won't Toss Korean Air Price-Fixing Appeal

Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 3:36 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday refused to dismiss part of an appeal in a putative class action accusing Korean Air Lines Co. and Asiana Airlines Inc. of conspiring to fix the prices of passenger flights from the U.S. to Korea.
