Ansel Adams Trust Settles Suit Over Negatives

Law360, New York (March 15, 2011, 6:52 PM EDT) -- The Ansel Adams Publishing Rights Trust on Monday settled a trademark infringement suit against a California man claiming a set of negatives he purchased at a garage sale were taken by the late photographer.

The trust and defendants Rick Norsigian and PRS Media Partners LLC submitted a joint stipulation to dismiss the suit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, stating that they had reached a confidential settlement.
