NJ Asks To Join Suit Over Nuclear Waste Storage Rule

Law360 (March 16, 2011, 4:02 PM EDT) -- New Jersey sought permission on Tuesday to join three northeastern U.S. states and environmental groups in a suit against the federal government over regulations that allow nuclear power facilities to store radioactive waste up to 60 years after they close.
