Judge Bars $22M Adelphia Fee Dispute From NY Court

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 6:48 PM EDT) -- A $22 million contract dispute over attorneys' fees between three New York law firms that represented plaintiffs in a securities class action involving Adelphia Communications Corp. does not belong in state court, a federal judge ruled Tuesday.
