Casino Chip Co. Investors Try To Revive Fraud Action

Law360 (March 17, 2011, 4:51 PM EDT) -- Shareholders of Gaming Partners International Corp. urged the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to revive their class action claiming the casino equipment maker and its executives lied about the commercial viability of its gaming chip security technology.
