EU Drops Probe Of Funding Of German Broadcasters

Law360, New York (April 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The European Commission on Tuesday dropped its probe into Germany’s funding of public broadcasters, giving the seal of approval to the country's plan to implement new rules designed to enhance competition among new media services.
