Plaintiffs In Nissan E-Key Suit Appeal To 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 6:11 PM EDT) -- Drivers who filed a proposed class action in California accusing Nissan North America Inc. of selling cars with a faulty electronic key system filed an appeal Thursday of a judge’s decision to dismiss the case.

The appeal, filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, challenges a lower court's dismissal of the plaintiffs' four class claims and two individual claims.
