Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 3:36 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Friday shot down Robert Half International Inc.'s challenge to the admission of plaintiffs' firm Lichten & Liss-Riordan PC in a putative overtime class action against the staffing company.
