Wyndham Wins Fee Battle In Plane Crash Coverage Suit

Law360 (March 21, 2011, 6:21 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Monday determined Wyndham Worldwide Inc. is entitled to attorneys' fees incurred during its defense of Illinois National Insurance Co.'s failed declaratory judgment suit over coverage for a deadly plane crash in Oregon.
