Judge Asked To Toss Troutman Atty's Real Estate Suit

Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A lawyer for investor Rubin Schron asked a New York state judge Monday to dismiss a suit brought by a Troutman Sanders LLP partner and others over various nursing home transactions, arguing the partner was barred from bringing a case derivatively.
