Microsoft Zune Buyers Seek Class Cert. In Defect Suit

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 8:30 PM EDT) -- Buyers of Microsoft Corp.’s Zune MP3 player sought class certification Tuesday in a New Jersey suit alleging the technology giant knew the liquid crystal display screen for the devices cracked under normal use but refused to cover the damage.
