Sprint CEO Raises Red Flags Over AT&T's T-Mobile Deal

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 10:05 PM EDT) -- AT&T Inc. will need to make serious concessions to competitors for its T-Mobile USA Inc. buyout to get by U.S. Department of Justice regulators, Sprint Nextel Corp. CEO Dan Hesse said Tuesday.

There are a number of areas that are problematic in the market even without a merged AT&T and T-Mobile, and some changes would absolutely be required if the deal were to go through, Hesse said.
