Boeing Wants Priority For $8M Claim Against AAI

Law360, New York (March 23, 2011, 5:43 PM EDT) -- Boeing Co. on Friday sought to propel its $8 million claim against bankrupt Alabama Aircraft Industries Inc. ahead of other secured creditors, alleging AAI has done shoddy work in a shared repair contract for military tankers.
