Apple Tech Workers Seek Cert. In Rest Break Action

Law360, New York (March 23, 2011, 5:00 PM EDT) -- A group of Apple Inc. technical support employees sought class certification in California on Wednesday in their suit accusing the technology giant of shirking them on rest breaks, contending that the company had violated state wage-and-hour laws.
