Sheen Fails To Win Injunction Against Arbitration

Law360, New York (March 23, 2011, 8:05 PM EDT) -- A California state court judge on Wednesday reportedly blocked Charlie Sheen’s attempt to obtain an injunction to halt the arbitration process in his $100 million contract battle with Warner Bros.

Sheen had filed a complaint seeking a temporary restraining order against arbitration firm JAMS/Endispute LLC the same day, but Judge Jacqueline Connor of the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles, denied the request, an attorney told Law360 on Wednesday.
