Mexican Cell Giant Targets TV Cos. In Antitrust Fight

Law360 (March 24, 2011, 5:35 PM EDT) -- Mexican wireless carrier Telcel accused television broadcasters Grupo Televisa SAB and Grupo Salinas on Wednesday of fixing advertising prices and colluding to force Telcel and others to accept unfair conditions.
