NY High Court Lets Penguin Piracy Suit Fly

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 4:41 PM EDT) -- New York's highest court on Thursday allowed Penguin Group (USA) Inc. to continue its copyright suit against an out-of-state website, a decision that could make it easier for New York publishers to sue online pirates in the state.
