Sallie Mae, Directors Face Numerous Investigations

Law360, New York (April 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Sallie Mae, the largest student lender in the United States, said Tuesday that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating stock trades made by at least two of the company’s directors.
