Subcontractor Joins Fight Over $64M In Overrun Costs

Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Babcock & Wilcox Technical Services Y-12 LLC, a third-party defendant in a fight over $64 million in cost overruns at a government complex, sued subcontractor Parsons Infrastructure & Technology Group Inc. for liability in a Tennessee federal court Thursday.

Parsons Infrastructure was tasked with designing a new building at the U.S. Department of Energy's Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tenn., according the fourth-party complaint lodged in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
