UPS Workers Eye Final Approval Of $2.5M Meal Class

Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 5:55 PM EDT) -- Attorneys representing more than 28,000 UPS Inc. workers in California asked a federal judge Friday to give final approval to a $2.5 million settlement in a meal break class action.

A hearing on final approval is set for April 25 before Judge Valerie Baker Fairbank in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
