Pentagon Urges Caution In Punishing War Contractors

Law360, New York (March 28, 2011, 3:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense's top acquisition officer warned members of a congressional committee Monday that a broad goal of increasing wartime contractor suspensions and debarments could backfire and chill contractors' cooperation in rooting out fraud.
