Avacor Buyers Sue Over Unpaid $80M Award

Law360, New York (March 29, 2011, 6:57 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in a false marketing class action against Avacor hair treatment maker Global Vision Products Inc. on Friday asked a New York state court to enforce an $80 million-plus judgment against former company executives, claiming they haven’t received any payments.
