Deutsche Bank Dropped From La. Pacific's ARS Suit

Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 2:08 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday dismissed a Deutsche Bank AG unit from Louisiana Pacific Corp.'s lawsuit against Money Market 1 Institutional Investment Dealer over a $300 million investment in auction rate securities.
