Jay-Z, Ortiz Strike Deal Over 40/40 Club

Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 7:59 PM EDT) -- Rapper Jay-Z has reached a settlement with Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz over claims that the ballplayer ripped off the name of The 40/40 Club, the rapper's popular New York nightspot, an attorney for the defendant said Monday.
