DHL To Pay Up To $10.5M In Workers' Vacation Suit

Law360, New York (March 31, 2011, 7:17 PM EDT) -- DHL Express (USA) Inc. has agreed to pay up to $10.5 million to settle a putative wage-and-hour class action brought in California federal court by a former employee of the international shipping powerhouse, according to court papers filed Thursday.

Plaintiff Amanita Naupoto filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California seeking final approval of the settlement with Ohio-based DHL and its co-defendants, Danzas Corp. and Exel Global Logistics Inc.
