Calif. Regulators Fine Hustler For Not Using Condoms

Law360, New York (March 31, 2011, 8:17 PM EDT) -- California workplace safety regulators have fined Larry Flynt's Hustler Video and another pornography producer for not providing condoms to adult-film performers to protect them from exposure to disease and other safety violations, according to documents released Wednesday.

The citations issued March 9 by California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health accused Hustler and Forsaken Pictures of “serious” violations of state workplace safety laws.

Hustler is facing a total fine of $14,175 for three violations.
