Wells Fargo Sued Over Expenses Reimbursement

Law360, New York (April 4, 2011, 7:36 PM EDT) -- A former home mortgage consultant slapped Wells Fargo Bank NA with a class action Thursday, accusing the company of failing to reimburse its employees for business expenses in violation of California's wage-and-hour laws.

In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Barbara L. Cadman claims that Wells Fargo does not reimburse its home mortgage consultants for expenses incurred in the course of selling the bank's loans, including travel expenses, cellphone use and gifts for potential clients.
