Regulators Want Review Of BSkyB Deal

Law360 (April 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two U.K. regulators said Friday that British Sky Broadcasting Group’s stake in ITV should be referred to the Competition Commission.

Both Ofcom and the Office of Fair Trading questioned BskyB’s 17.9% holding in ITV, a deal that has increasingly come under scrutiny.
