GAO Kills Protest Over $16M Coast Guard Contract

Law360 (April 1, 2011, 5:27 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office said Friday it had denied Facility Services Management Inc.'s protest over a $15.7 million U.S. Coast Guard maintenance contract, saying the Coast Guard acted reasonably when it chose a lower-priced proposal from a more experienced contractor.
