DC Circ. Slams DOT's Shutdown Of Travel Brokers

Law360, New York (April 1, 2011, 6:56 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday rejected a U.S. Department of Transportation shutdown of air travel brokers who work for the federal government, saying it was baffled by the DOT's attempt to use consumer protection rules to interfere in government contracts.
