Dell Resolves Repair Service Suit For $30M

Law360, New York (April 4, 2011, 9:43 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday granted final approval of Dell Inc.’s estimated $30 million settlement of a class action alleging the computer giant charged customers for on-site repair service without disclosing the costs to them.
