Judge Trims Suit Over $485M Iraq Security Contract

Law360 (April 4, 2011, 3:35 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge on Thursday trimmed a trade secrets case in which Sandi Group Inc. accused BH Defense LLC of plotting to exclude it from a $485 million contract for security services in Iraq in violation of a joint venture agreement.
