Apple Escapes $626M Award In Streaming Patent Suit

Law360 (April 5, 2011, 6:02 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday flipped a $625.5 million jury award against Apple Inc. for violating three Mirror Worlds LLC patents for document streaming technology, vacating infringement findings while upholding the validity of the software company's patents.
