Amway To Pay Up To $20M In Gift Card Class Action

Law360, New York (April 6, 2011, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Amway Corp. said Tuesday it had settled a class action accusing it of illegally implying a redemption date on retail gift vouchers, agreeing to allow consumers to redeem up to $20 million in various categories of expired or discarded Ribbon Gift Cards.
