Ex-Sales Exec Stole Trade Secrets, HP Says

Law360, New York (April 7, 2011, 8:18 PM EDT) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. filed a suit in California state court Wednesday alleging a former sales executive stole trade secrets before leaving the company and joining rival Oracle Corp. just eight months after HP's former CEO made a similar exit.
